Very nice as usual, but...
The NES sounds were an innovative idea in a Flash animation like this, but began to be a bit annoying over time.
I haven't played the game myself so I don't know what it was about. It might be a good idea to enlighten the receivers a bit. For example a short close-up on the envelope showing a big sign/stamp saying "Top Secret" or something like this.
Apart from that everything is cool.
I hope to see another piece of your work soon.

"Not a bad game alltogether"

There are some things that need improvement I think.

1 - First thing that annoyed me is when the shell hits you can't do anything untill the "hit sound" fades so each time your opponent shoots I have to wait untill the echo of the hit fades. maybe it isn't much of a problem but it annoyed me.

2 - Try to make the stages a little less flat. it would be more chalenging and thus more fun. Not too much though. It would have to be possible tyo hit each other.

But as I said I liked the game. So keep working and you might just come up with something awesome.
